I’m glad that you have found my WA review and I’m glad that you like it. If you are already a member of WA then I don’t think you can sign up for another account. I will still be there to help you out as much as I can and answer any questions you may have about getting started. You could try and sign up under me and see if it lets you create a new account or not. It doesn’t hurt to give it a try. What’s your screen name on WA so that I can add you to my following?
I've seen people posting in the community just to get attention and validation from other members. Those kinds of antics belong on Facebook, not Wealthy Affiliate. Just be careful with what you're posting in the community. Post only when you can help someone or need help. If you find yourself posting to earn likes and street cred, it's time to refocus on building your dream lifestyle.
Be honest. Talk about what you like and don’t like. Be fair and build trust. It will serve you well later. For examples, check out my review posts about Elite Blog Academy and Self Publishing 101. I get emails frequently from people who tell me they decided to purchase one of those courses through my affiliate link because it was the most balanced review they found.
Instant and friendly help is something that will keep you moving in the right direction. You will not have to spend days searching for answers that don't quite fit what you are looking for, or hours scrolling through old forums and blog posts trying to figure out things by yourself. Now you have hundreds of personal assistants that can show you what to do next.'
I have revealed a profitable niche website ones that was promoting motorcycle accessories and parts. Guess what happened? 15 very similar websites popped up within a few months. Unfortunately many people would rather copy your niche, your content ideas, your keywords rather than do the proper research and find their own. Folks want shortcuts to success, people expect to make a bunch of money within a day-week-month which simply isn’t going to happen. Did these websites “stole my business”? No but they definitely put a dent in it. This is why I am now very protective of my niche websites. I just launched yet another niche websites (music industry) and believe me I won’t be bragging about it openly as I spent hundreds of hours coming up with article ideas and finding amazing keywords for it. However, if you look hard enough you’ll find several members who reveal their niches and their income as well.
Always make affiliate links nofollow. Google’s goal is to provide its users with the best possible search results to their search queries. One of the main ways they figure out which webpages are the best is through links. The Google bots crawl the web, reading text. When they come to a link, it’s like an open door. They follow the link (walk through the door) and explore the site you linked to.
Wealthy Affiliate is an outstanding platform to learn how to build an online business. Kyle and Carson are extremely helpful and caring. They have built a comprehensive community that is dedicated to helping people build online businesses from the ground up. Wealthy Affiliate is the real deal. If you want to learn how build an online business, WA is the best place to learn. It's also extremely affordable.
You also should not join Wealthy Affiliate if you don’t enjoy the community / social aspect of it. A huge part of Wealthy Affiliate is the ability to communicate with other members. It’s a “help and be helped” community. If you have no interest in setting up your profile, asking questions, supporting others, chatting in the live chat sessions, or doing any sort of participation, you will not get the full benefit of the service.

Continuing with my example above, in my article about roasting green coffee, I can find green coffee sellers and promote their coffee on my blog. In my article about home roasting coffee machines, I can promote my top 3 favorite home roasters. After I sign up for those affiliate programs (they are free to join), I just place my affiliate links in my content, and it automatically tracks sales.
so i’ve been searching and searching about wa! i’m a single mother so i have to provide for my daughter but am also quite poorly and am going to have to unfortunatly leae my job. i want to work from home with a decent income. i need to cover my current earnings (which isn’t much) and more. Before i take any further steps i do have some questions. I’m very much a newbie & not a techie really so my questions may be very stupid. Do you need a product to sell before joining wa because i don’t have anything myself to sell? how much can you potentially earn pcm? How long does it usually take till money starts coming in? what do you actually need before joining wa to make it worth while?
But, after all the reviews I read, it seems that the only way to make big bucks from WA is through its own affiliate programs. This doesn’t sit well for someone like me who wants to do affiliate in other niches and still earn more than my last corporate job. And… I’m afraid that I would still need to spend a lot of money from media buying (i.e. solo, ads, pps) just to earn back and more.
I am not actually a complete newbie but haven’t made money online yet. I have in my arsenal so far, all it takes to do this business, a self hosted WP site, an auto responder, few great tools and products, premium plugins and themes, a twitter handle , a FB page, a g+ account and a u-tube channel, all branded in my with my logo. Just crossing my t’s and dotting my i’s before launching.
It is unfortunate to hear you weren’t able to make money online. Unfortunately I do not what kind of effort you put in and how you approached your own business so I can’t comment on the reasons why. I for a fact made more money online in my very first year than I made working a full time office job here in Canada. As you mentioned, creating a successful online business does take a LOT of work and time as well. If it was easy we’d all be rich. Building a business is a long term process and should be seen as such.
Hi Jack, thank you for this information. I was just about to click on the SFM programme, which looked really good to me, but I was wondering what the Digital Business Lounge and Digital Experts Academy would cost. From what I read in your information about them, it would cost me too much money to progress. Is Wealthy Affiliate your own business or are you just recommending it? Also, SFM say you actually get someone to talk to, which impressed me, but I wouldn’t want to wait two weeks when I had a question. Look forward to hearing from you.
Honestly, I wouldn’t try marketing WA itself until you’ve had success elsewhere. How can you give solid advice on why people should join WA if you haven’t had success with it yet? Also, some of the best affiliates in the world have gone through WA training, so you’re competing with them as well. You can definitely compete with anyone, so don’t let that scare you away. But get your legs with a micro-niche site first. Hopefully you can find a niche that’s not too competitive.
I am sure you hear this a lot from people but I am going to say it anyway. I am 66 years old and I am looking for something that I can do when I retire. I have looked at and tried several online business opportunities and I have been burned and disappointed not to say frustrated. Wealthy Affiliate sounds like something I would like but I am just a little leery because of past experience. I understand I can join for free but is it totally free or are there any hidden charges? I have had that happen before and it sucks.

I am glad I stumbled on your site (was googling if Swagbucks was worth it and I saw your blog post about it). I thought you sounded reasonable so I checked out the rest of your blog and decided to sign up for the free 5 day course, which on Day 1 you suggest signing up for WA. It all sounds great, and I appreciate your explanation about the Amazon affiliate vs. seller.

Can you make money with affiliate marketing? The short answer is yes, affiliate programs can earn a extra money and even a full-time income from home. The long answer is a little more complicated. Like any home income venture, success comes not so much from what you choose to do to make money, but whether or not you do what needs to be done correctly and consistently.

I personally would not recommend going into the ‘make money’ niche either. A lot of affiliates of theirs, in their quest for affiliate commissions, start bashing good products in order to promote Wealthy Affiliate, and that’s just wrong. Besides, if you’re a newbie to making money online, you shouldn’t create a site and pretend to be an expert in it.
Yes you can use the websites that WA provides you with to market just about any product or service out there. There is unlimited potential to promote a variety of different things and the training they provide on how to get traffic and sales is the best that I have ever seen and I have tried hundreds of different programs. No matter what business you are in I believe that everyone can benefit from the service that WA provides. I would suggest that you sign up for your FREE account and get started on the training. If you need help getting everything setup let me know and I will be glad to offer you a helping hand.
Some people are able to start making money in a few months while others it takes longer then that. I would say if you gave yourself a year and you worked on this at least an hour a day like you said that you could, then you could be making a full time living in that time. If you are willing to put the work in and take action on what you have learned then you could reach your goal before a year. I know that you can do this and you will have me there to help you out as well if you ever get stuck or don’t understand something. I do this full time and make a living off it so I am here pretty much all the time.
Affiliates are most successful when the products they promote match the interests of their followers and subscribers. In addition, many successful affiliate marketers advise recommending and promoting only products that the affiliate is personally familiar with. That’s because familiarity with the product, program, or service helps build trust between the affiliate and end-user.
Can you run a successful business by only using the free membership option at Wealthy Affiliate? Well, you can, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Instead, I recommend you sign up for the free Wealthy Affiliate membership as a way to try things out. Honestly, the free membership is set up to be a bit of a teaser to get you to sign up for premium eventually, but most of us expect that going in. What’s nice about it is you can judge for yourself, based on the free membership, whether it is worth it for you to sign up for premium. Ultimately, only you can decide if Wealthy Affiliate is high quality or not. You will get more than enough of an idea by signing up for their free membership option. On average, about 1 in every eight people upgrade to a premium membership.
I wouldn’t say you can’t be successful with a free domain, for example barenakedscam.siterubix.com, but having a personal domain will definitely help with branding and makes it more credible, plus there’s no restriction on the design if its your own domain. Free domains have certain restrictions in terms of the customization of the look and feel of the website.

Any amount of time you can spare developing your business is better than nothing. A lot of folks do this business part-time and make a decent income. There’s definitely effort and focus needed in the beginning, but maybe not as much as you think. There’s no cold calling, or direct sales, unlike other online businesses, there’s just a bit of learning and implementing what you learn.
£0?! When you join as a starter as I did you will be granted instant access to the whole community including live chat, 500 training modules, 3 classrooms, networking and 2 free websites plus free searches on the keyword tool. Wealthy affiliate encourages you to stat for free as they would rather you see for yourself before you invest any money. I have to repeat myself here but I can think of no other site offering this service of a free starter membership to access to the whole website!
A quick and inexpensive method of making money without the hassle of actually selling a product, affiliate marketing has an undeniable draw for those looking to increase their income online. But how does an affiliate get paid after linking the seller to the consumer? The answer is complicated. The consumer doesn’t always need to buy the product for the affiliate to get a kickback. Depending on the program, the affiliate’s contribution to the seller’s sales will be measured differently. The affiliate may get paid in various ways:
Thanks for your reply. Some of my interests are movies, sing, dance, chat, read, travel(haven’t done much), read, watching tv, electronics, computer, games, social media, sports, food, health, money, business and more. Some interests I like more than others. I know that was too broad of an answer. If possible, I’d like to write about as much of my interests as possible. I think I asked all I could think of. Anything else I haven’t asked that you think I should know about, being a newbie and all?
Yes this opportunity is available nationwide and is open for everyone. If you are living in the US then yes you can sign up for your FREE account by clicking on the Big Blue Become A Member button above. Fill out a few basic details and you are in. I will be contacting you within the first 60 minutes of you joining to answer any questions you have and welcoming you to the community.
But I can say that they definitely teach a system that will help you make money online (my wife has used this course to sell SEO services so I know it works for a fact). I'm not interested in selling SEO services personally, but if you are it's a good place to learn how to do it. I wouldn't recommend them for affiliate marketing because that section is pretty thin.
By contrast, there are over 500 training modules within the community that take you from building your very first website to learning how to manage outsourcing aspects of your business. The core training is continuously updated to reflect changes in the industry so you can make sure your website stays ranked in search engines, generating traffic and revenue.
Hi Scott I found your website and basically loved what I seen. I’m just having a few issues, when I try to sign up it says it already have an account (which I do not this is my very first time). But I still took the step as if I previously signed up before and then it said I don’t even have and account with you guys, which is what I figured, so I’m a little lost and its not letting me sign up at all. 🙁 Please Help
One course that will really help you is the course of mastering social engagement. Social media is the best way to succeed in affiliate sales. Once you take this course, you will learn how to get the most success by creating great content and conversions. You will also learn how to keep scaling your content so that it continues to bring in engaged visitors.
Hi Jack, I’m thinking of joining WA but I don’t want to do anything but promote WA afffiliate website and how much will that cost me? How can I make money with that and what is the compensation plan just by doing the WA affiliate? I don’t want to find a niche and build my own website. I’m not a writer so I don’t want to do this kind of marketing where you write blogs and articles. Will I still be able to make money with WA with less to do?
As for people viewing through comments, I know you many have quite a few questions. I know Frank has already clarified that it works! Many may ask if it is worth the money. I think you will be the judge of that! I encourage you to use up the first free days and then use the $19 a month deal for your first month. Only then will you really understand how it is worth it! You learn so much more, and it’s almost like being enrolled in a college class, without time limits, and with a HUGE community of support to help you! I remember that any time I got frustrated, there was always someone to go to! I had about 5 or 6 that I constantly went to! So if you afraid to join because you are totally new to any of this, DON’T BE! I was too, and I am very proud of what all I learned! There is no better place to start than WA!
I am a new member to WA and was just checking out some sites that might be an affiliate of WA. Very nicely done and informative. Look forward to chatting and sharing ideas as time goes on. I have researched and bought numerous training systems and found nothing as good as WA. It will be nice helping other people to find the training their looking for to develop an online business, as the economy is somewhat challenging.

Be honest. Talk about what you like and don’t like. Be fair and build trust. It will serve you well later. For examples, check out my review posts about Elite Blog Academy and Self Publishing 101. Solo Build It – As I stated earlier in this Wealthy Affiliate review, I initially learned how to start my own business with this service. Solo Build It is somewhat similar to Wealthy Affiliate as far as the training is concerned, but Solo Build It but I believe the training at Solo Build It is far superior. My favorite part about Solo Build It, however, is that they offer absolutely EVERYTHING you’ll ever need to grow your business online including domain registration, an intuitive site builder, research tools, hosting, and all the other tools you need are in one place with training on how to put it all together. You can learn a lot more about them by going through their video tour.
After being accepted into an affiliate program, marketers receive a unique URL that includes their affiliate ID. They share that unique URL with their subscribers, site visitors, and social networks via text links or ads. When someone clicks on that link, affiliate software records that click and any resulting product sales in the affiliate’s account. When commissions reach a pre-determined threshold, the affiliate is paid.
The premium membership at WA is a no brainer when it comes to upgrading. No other online community comes close to what you will get at WA as a premium member. There is no obligation to join premium if you don’t want to and you can remain a Free member for as long as you like until you are ready to upgrade. Other programs can’t make that statement due to the fact that they are focused on ripping you off.

Mistake #3: Giving your friend’s product a glowing review without actually being familiar with your friend’s product. This happens a lot in the affiliate marketing (and book marketing) world unfortunately. It’s a “scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours” type of situation. By all means, give your friend a glowing review, but if you haven’t actually read their book or taken their course or tried their product, don’t talk about it as though you have. Readers deserve honest recommendations! (Here’s an example of me helping to announce the launch of my friend’s book while being clear I hadn’t read it.)

hi alex…. u have motivated me to join WA… but i have seen India was in the free ban list… so how can i join?? whats the membership fees i need to pay… is it monthly or yearly… because 49$ is around 4000 indian rupess which is a big amount for me… i love playing video games.. but doesnot have much knowledge …so have can i learn more about gaming to start an affiliate business…

Hello Chris, I am planning to join Wealthy Affiliate as a premium. But I am a 33-yr old woman who does not have a common sense like I get from most people. I am also a woman who does not have that much intellectual capacity. So I’m not sure how much my brain can comprehend and how much my brain can take all the information from WA. Do you think I should just give it a try?
I hope you found this Wealthy Affiliate review to be helpful as I put a lot of time into this, but if I didn’t answer a question you have, feel free to comment below, and I will try to give you the best answer I can. The bottom line is, Wealthy Affiliate is the absolute best place I have ever seen to get the training and all the tools you’ll ever need in one place. Plus, if you sign up using my affiliate link, I will personally provide 1 on 1 coaching for you. At the very last, you should consider signing up for the free membership first and just see what you think. If you’re serious about growing an online business, my guess is you’ll be more than satisfied.
The only other things I didn't like about OMG Machines is that the course is super disorganized, they promote tons of other programs, and one of their coaches berated me several times for asking what he considered to be stupid questions. The funny part is, he misread my question and went on the berate me about how I'll never be successful because I don't pay attention to detail. How ironic lol.
You aren’t bothering me one bit and that’s why I’m here to help you out. I could send Kyle a PM myself and inform him of this issue. He usually gets back to me pretty quickly. What would you like your username and password to be for your account? I would also need to know what email address and the first and last name you would like to use for your account?

Hello I came across your web site while i was doing some research. I did read the whole thing. All i have to say is you really nailed it. I have been with wealthy affiliate since Sept 2017 and love it. This place is 100% honest. Not like the scamers that promise big bucks and then leave. And with the changes that Kyle and Carson have showed us that are coming it makes all the better.
Often times Affiliate Marketing is Over-Hyped: You’ll see a lot of testimonials promising spectacular results with affiliate marketing, such as “person X made $60,000 in just 30 days as a brand new affiliate” & there’s many similar messaging like this that unfortunately give affiliate marketing the wrong perception, that its some sort of get rich quick scheme, which it is far from. This kind of insanely fast results most likely came from a successful Facebook ad or other successful paid aid. Sometimes due to multitude of factors an ad can just take off and generate high revenues for short period & then burn out. The difficulty is being able to sustain those kind of numbers consistently. FB for one doesn’t like most affilaite offers to be promoted, so eventually your FB ad account will get banned or your ad will burn through its audience and stop working. I know this because I’ve been there done that. Those massive pay days are fun but the real challenge is can you sustain it? Wealthy Affiliate Costs How Much?? [Hidden Price]
