Thank you for your reply. Does every one of my domains(free & purchased) must have some articles in order to make sales? Say, if I were to join Amazon Affiliate program for electronics, there also needs to be articles about electronics products display on my domain? Also how long does the articles(also how many words just about?) have to be to be ranked in the first page on google? Also, can I borrow from other articles about electronics and put it in my articles? I may be joining the WA in about 1 week, so I am trying to gather as much last minute information as possible. Please let me know. Thanks again.
I realize my bias is already showing through, so I’ll get to what I DON’T like about Wealthy Affiliate below. But, as I’ve already stated, overall I don’t know of any other place that is better for new affiliate marketers to get started than Wealthy Affiliate. If you take a look around my site, you’ll notice I’ve spent a TON of time on it. I’ve spent years of my life building this site, and there are currently almost 500 posts here, all for free, for everyone. It is in my best interest to promote only the best training course and that training course is Wealthy Affiliate.

Most businesses require startup fees as well as a cash flow to finance the products being sold. However, affiliate marketing can be done at a low cost, meaning you can get started quickly and without much hassle. There are no affiliate program fees to worry about and no need to create a product. Beginning this line of work is relatively straightforward.
Certainly, I think I can contribute a little to the community. Since 2010, I successfully created two online stores, and with these two stores have a 5 digit monthly income, working from home. But today, this business model is not scalable. Today, I have to have some employees working for me (all of them in their own homes), because I have many tasks to fulfill: call center, logistics, inventory management, product manufacturing, supplier management, and other things take all my time. So working with affiliate marketing today is my highest priority.
I can testify to the greatness of WA. It really is massive in terms of resources and training. I feel like it’s an all in one training center where you can learn EVERYTHING about affiliate marketing. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a way to make money online to give Wealthy Affiliate a try. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks so much for this review Scott!
Hey, a coworker at my part time job mentioned the ameriplan job and I’m still on the fence but I came across this website. Is there good money within the video games or cooking areas of this as those are my two main hobbies. I do have a jewelry business that I started on facebook but it’s not really going anywhere at the moment, however that is a hobby as well, so I was wondering about the video game or cooking areas of those are profitable or not? Also wondering about the pay rate is just compiled monthly or can you choose different timeframes based on traffic? Thanks 🙂
While on-page SEO is like the body of car, off-page SEO is like the engine. Without a solid foundational body, the entire site will fall apart. But with no off-page SEO, the beautiful website will just sit there going unnoticed. Despite what you might have heard, links are still one of the biggest factor to getting your site ranked high in Google.
Wow, what a thorough, and detailed review of Wealthy Affiliate. You have answered all of my questions, and then some. I now feel as though I have the information I need to make an educated decision. I am amazed at all of the benefits and training that Wealthy Affiliate provides, and 2 free websites to start out with. Anyone that has an interest in this program needs to see this review. Well done, and thanks for sharing. Tom

Use the link in your post to join up with me and I will be your mentor. If you need help getting started I will be there to help you out. Once you join you will be asked to complete your profile by uploading a picture of yourself or you can use one of the images that WA provides you with. After you are done with that take a few minutes and fill out your profile description. In this area you could tell the WA community a little about yourself and let us know what goals you would like to achieve at WA.
Mistake #3: Giving your friend’s product a glowing review without actually being familiar with your friend’s product. This happens a lot in the affiliate marketing (and book marketing) world unfortunately. It’s a “scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours” type of situation. By all means, give your friend a glowing review, but if you haven’t actually read their book or taken their course or tried their product, don’t talk about it as though you have. Readers deserve honest recommendations! (Here’s an example of me helping to announce the launch of my friend’s book while being clear I hadn’t read it.) Wealthy Affiliate Review - Members Area (Inside Look + FREE Trial)

If you do start building your website but decide to leave – it’s actually rather simple. Even after you cancel your membership you have a full month access to your website dashboard so you could move your website anywhere you want. WA keeps the back up of your site for 6 months total in case you didn’t move it within that first month but eventually decide to do it. Look at any other company – once you cancel your account they will shut your site down for good.

Will my target audience realistically spend this amount for the product? Again, your reputation is on the line here. Is the product you are thinking of promoting priced reasonably for your audience? When I was writing my ebook, I was stuck on pricing. I asked around for opinions. A number of people suggested I price my ebook at $47! Their idea was to price according to value, not size. In my mind that was crazy. My network was composed of a lot of stay-at-home bloggers, and my collective audience was comprised mostly of people without a whole lot of disposable income. There was no way anyone was going to pay $47 for my 30-page ebook.

jack cao i am totally broke joining all shiny programmes and i am 4 percent since 4 months and got worried about truth. person posted link in the 4 percent fan page how i found you. i really need your guidance to build a profitable business online. i am committed to do what ever it takes to save my family from grief we are going through. a year back i had joined WA but that time i was completely new and didn’t continue and canceled for i couldn’t affording to pay but now i am ok .
ANOTHER marketing scheme for you to harrass your friends with and beg them to work-from-home and make money by blogging about what they 'love', when they will really end up monitoring one blog, the one that pays them for every fool who follows that yellow brick to Wealthy Affiliates and the dope behind the curtain. If you know anything about internet marketing already, you will see right through this.
The community is positive and I see help being offered 24/7 at least she tried to help you. With that statment the readers will know we try to help with every question asked. The program is built around helping real people build a real business I am a member and I could say Im not dumb for becomming one. I Have been around  the online marketing business for eight years.
I just want to say what a great review !!I know I want to work for myself and I also know I want a online business so I have the freedom to work from any location. I have a young son and granddaughter who I want to be able to spend as much time as possible with without thinking about a 9 – 5 occupation. I have searched and read an abundance of information and now I have come across WA its time to take action to fulfil my dreams, having ultra successful online businesses which in turn will give me and my family the financial security and freedom to live life on my own terms. HIP HIP HURRAY 🙂
There are a few different payment options that Wealthy Affiliate will accept. These include Paypal as being the safest and most popular one. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can sign up for one for free by going to Paypal.com. Besides taking regular Visa or Master cards you could also do an e-check from your bank and pay for your WA subscription that way.
A: Wealthy Affiliate Premium is available to everyone and in every country. However, Wealthy Affiliate Free Membership is not available to 7 countries at the moment: Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam. I do not own Wealthy Affiliate and I don’t know why this decision was made so I can’t offer any other details or support on this subject. If you live in one of these seven countries you can still join the premium membership of WA at any time at a regular price of $49 per month.
Of course you can say, well just compete. That’s the essence or free enterprise. But then, realistically, what are the chances of still succeeding in this WA promotion niche? There are already a lot of veterans way, way ahead — like YOU. For a newbie appreciating how excellently you have developed your promotion site, it looks like a very tall order to come up with something better and competitive. And mind you, you are not the only excellent site around promoting WA.

Affiliate marketing is also called "performance marketing", in reference to how sales employees are typically being compensated. Such employees are typically paid a commission for each sale they close, and sometimes are paid performance incentives for exceeding objectives.[20] Affiliates are not employed by the advertiser whose products or services they promote, but the compensation models applied to affiliate marketing are very similar to the ones used for people in the advertisers' internal sales department.

I am a new member to WA and was just checking out some sites that might be an affiliate of WA. Very nicely done and informative. Look forward to chatting and sharing ideas as time goes on. I have researched and bought numerous training systems and found nothing as good as WA. It will be nice helping other people to find the training their looking for to develop an online business, as the economy is somewhat challenging.
These are some pretty broad interests and we can work on narrowing them down now that you have joined WA. It also looks like we have quite a few things in common as I have many of the same interests as you. I’m also a huge gamer myself and I’m passionate about electronics. One of my very first niches was electronics and this ended up being a busted niche and I failed miserably at it when I first started.

Jack, my hat is off to you for your online success. I had heard about Wealthy Affiliate a few years ago, but never pursued it due to the need for more immediate income at the time. I had forgotten all about it until I recently became interested in affiliate marketing again. After finding a few scammers in the space, I came across Wealthy Affiliate again. Right away, I knew WA was the real deal and a great choice, so I proceeded to give it a test drive by signing up for the free account. I totally expected to upgrade quickly, but wanted to have a look around to be absolutely sure before upgrading to a premium account. After signing in, I was shocked to read the following statement on the next page, “Free Starter accounts are not available in your country, but we would love to have you as a Premium Member!”. Please understand that I am not sharing this to trash WA in any way, but I feel that others should be aware that there are exceptions to the free trial. I am an American who happens to be traveling abroad, so unfortunately due to geo-tracking, the country I am currently visiting is being blocked from their free trial offer. I’m not a “Cheap Charlie” and not just looking for freebies, but this experience has caused me to reconsider whether I should join WA as a premium paid member without trying it before I buy it. It should also be noted that I was brought to the checkout page to pay first and the only option I was given was the annual payment @ $359.

By all means take as much time as you need and go over the starter lessons as many times as you want. You can continue building out your website until you are ready to take things to the next level and upgrade to premium. What’s your username at WA so that I can look you up and did you sign up through me? I really am looking forward to working with you Carrl and helping you out in any way I can.

Thanks for stopping by. As regards your question, unfortunately this is not a get rich quick scheme. It’s probable that you don’t see any earnings on your first months. You will need to invest time building your site from scratch: this means publishing good articles, creating a nice layout, etc. If you want to accelerate the process you can outsource your content and SEO but that will cost you more money.
Hi Jack, as a member affiliate of WA yourself, do you get a referral commission fee if I was to join via your link? If so how much is the commission and as a basic or free member would I get referral commissions and how much. Please explained and breakdown the commission structure. Also is the commission as a one off or it is recurring every month i.e a percentage of the monthly fees of the members joined via you. Please clarify. Many thanks
Often times Affiliate Marketing is Over-Hyped: You’ll see a lot of testimonials promising spectacular results with affiliate marketing, such as “person X made $60,000 in just 30 days as a brand new affiliate” & there’s many similar messaging like this that unfortunately give affiliate marketing the wrong perception, that its some sort of get rich quick scheme, which it is far from. This kind of insanely fast results most likely came from a successful Facebook ad or other successful paid aid. Sometimes due to multitude of factors an ad can just take off and generate high revenues for short period & then burn out. The difficulty is being able to sustain those kind of numbers consistently. FB for one doesn’t like most affilaite offers to be promoted, so eventually your FB ad account will get banned or your ad will burn through its audience and stop working. I know this because I’ve been there done that. Those massive pay days are fun but the real challenge is can you sustain it?
There is nothing better than taking a hobby or passion and turning it into a full time business. If you cannot think of anything you would like to sell then WA has the Affiliate boot camp with a topic that is already chosen for you. So no matter what direction you decide to go you can get started today for $0 and have a website that you can use to bring in sales. I hope this has answered your question and if you have any more questions or need help getting started let me know. Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to working with you at WA and helping you get started in your own online business.
Wow this is a really comprehensive review of Wealthy Affiliate and I have learned things I never knew even though I’ve been a member for nearly 3 months. I love the program though and agree with what you have said. I also love the testimonials you have and the evidence you have given that people can make a living online. My own income is small but growing and i know that I’m investing in my future. Thanks for such an thorough review.
I have been reading the comments/reviews regarding this company and I am interested in joining, but I have a couple of questions before doing so. My main interest is cooking so I would like to put my own recipes on site would this sort of thing be of interest. Can you also tell me once the 7 day free membership has expired how much is it going to cost on an ongoing basis. What are the layout costs of starting this up if there are any. I am retired and I am looking for an interest but have no experience in this area as I worked for the NHS
Hi jack, thanks for all of your help in this. I recently saw a webinar for inbox blueprint 2.0. Of course they did a great job selling. I found you while I decided to do a little more research on the topic. For beginners in online email marketing like me, what do you recommend. Inbox blueprint claims they guide you step by step, however you recommend Wealthy Affiliate in this article. If you were beginning in this industry but have tons of online knowledge, which program would you choose. Thanks!

You don’t need to have your own products to sell or you don’t need your own website. You will gain access to all the tools, training, and help and support you need to build a business online(This include your free websites) If you can only devote a couple hours a day to this that’s perfectly fine and I will be there to guide you every step of the way and lead you down the same path that I followed to be very successful online.
Contact the company directly. If you use a product or service and want to recommend it but you can’t find evidence of an affiliate program, consider approaching them and asking if they are willing to set one up (maybe with your help). Highlight your audience and the value of your recommendation. Explain that an affiliate program is simply rewarding happy customers (you!) for promoting, and they don’t have to pay until a sale is made.
do they teach you inside the programme how to generate the traffic? I have built websites and blogs in the past and learnt a little about affiliate marketing but have not been able to build up the traffic or ‘get in front of the right eyes’ . Also what kind of products do you sell? If you set up an amazon affiliate is it a case of chosing digital items that relate to your niche? I was so close to doing GAZ and so glad i read your article as they dont tell you about the thousands to buy the high pice ticket! So this one could be more my stream .
The phrase, "Affiliates are an extended sales force for your business", which is often used to explain affiliate marketing, is not completely accurate. The primary difference between the two is that affiliate marketers provide little if any influence on a possible prospect in the conversion process once that prospect is directed to the advertiser's website. The sales team of the advertiser, however, does have the control and influence up to the point where the prospect either a) signs the contract, or b) completes the purchase.
