I’m glad that you’re interested in signing up for WA to see if this would be a good fit for you or not. I can assure you that I really will be there to support you 100% of the way. This is not just a sales pitch! I sincerely mean it and I’m constantly checking up on my referrals to see how things are going for them and to clear up any confusion they may have getting started.
Two-tier programs exist in the minority of affiliate programs; most are simply one-tier. Referral programs beyond two-tier resemble multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing but are different: Multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing associations tend to have more complex commission requirements/qualifications than standard affiliate programs.
The way the training is structured is great for learning. Many courses just throw videos at you without any structure. Seriously. I've taken a course where all the members complained about how disorganized it was. The founders said it was purposefully disorganized to teach you how to dig and search for things like an entrepreneur. I couldn't make up something so crazy!
There are lots of brick and mortal businesses that don’t have a website and they are missing out on lots of potential customers. Wealthy Affiliate can show you how to market your business online and you will be expanding your reach worldwide. You will be advertising and listing your products for sale reaching into different countries. That’s the greatest thing about being online the potential is unlimited.
I'm thinking about building a new site and partnering with someone. We would split the commission 50/50 and we would have to talk and see how to split up the work based on our skill sets. I would own the domain and you would open the affiliate accounts and receive the payment. After the payment is issued, you send me my half. Or we could have a joint PayPal account and divvy up the payments from there (I do this now with a friend and it works well). And of course, I would give preference to premium Wealthy Affiliate members when picking a partner because I know they know their stuff.
Hey buddy. Maybe I missed where u might have mentioned whether you do this as your part time job or full time job. So I would love to know if you doing affiliate program as your part time job or full time. As I’m a full time student with loads of work at college and one year left to finish the course and move on to uni life. However, what would you recommend me about it whether it’s worth it if I start this as part time job or no. Although I joined affiliate program 2 years ago but I could not believe it whether it’s the right thing for me to do or no? so I quit.
On WA coaching material there is no separate indexing of the "lessons". A point missed can be found again but not by going through any master index which would be crossreferencing ideas & locations...thus depriving us of a a way to get back to where ideas are first presented in the training. Without that we are forced to stumble through videos again and again which is very frustrating & time consuming activity or we must ask people instead. This flaw in the training presentation makes me wonder if the clumsier and slower learning which might result...is as "rewarding" to the CEO (in the form of longer lasting subscriptions) as is is "punishing" to the member?
I’ve been reading your reviews on WA for awhile today and am extremely pleased to have found you! This post brings up a question: if I am an affiliate for a writer’s group I belong to, I receive discounts on all of their training products. Can you explain how would I receive monetary compensation for being an affiliate (or as a distributor for health care products, for example, and an essential oil company that I also belong to) and by driving traffic to their websites? Also, if I have multiple websites do I then need to maintain blogs for each one to maximize Google traffic or can they in anyway be linked to streamline this process?

Since the emergence of affiliate marketing, there has been little control over affiliate activity. Unscrupulous affiliates have used spam, false advertising, forced clicks (to get tracking cookies set on users' computers), adware, and other methods to drive traffic to their sponsors. Although many affiliate programs have terms of service that contain rules against spam, this marketing method has historically proven to attract abuse from spammers.
So to show you exactly how awesome the training is, and exactly how fast support is, and exactly how friendly everyone is, you can create a free Starter Membership. With this free membership, you'll be able to build your first website and ask unlimited questions. Kyle (the owner) will show you step by step how to pick a topic for your website, how to build your website, and how to create your first articles.
This is a security measure and it’s in place for a reason. There are many scams that come out of these countries as well as lots of people committing fraud. This is there to protect the other members of the community as well. If you would like to join as a Premium member you are still entitled to your 59% discount on your first month so that you can give things a try before you make the decision as to whether this is something you are interested in doing.
Contact the company directly. If you use a product or service and want to recommend it but you can’t find evidence of an affiliate program, consider approaching them and asking if they are willing to set one up (maybe with your help). Highlight your audience and the value of your recommendation. Explain that an affiliate program is simply rewarding happy customers (you!) for promoting, and they don’t have to pay until a sale is made.
I heard so many good things with Wealthy Affiliate and am a current member, although I’ve been going through some of the videos and asking help from mentors, it’s better to have another helping hand and I’m glad I come across to you. Can you tell me more about how I can be more successful with WA? Oh, btw, I already got so far as making my own website although I just went along with the WA niche but I still need more help with how to make my contents more understandable and friendly browsing. Thank you for your help.
Scott, I’m right there with you. Wealthy Affiliate is a great company if you want to work hard. And NO you WILL NOT get rich quickly. It is a process. And you HAVE to like to write because you generate the content for the site yourself. So if you are not interested in writing, then Wealthy Affiliate is NOT for you. One of the biggest things that I like is that you don’t have to pay a cent to start making money. Yes, they do offer a premium option and it is better in the long run, but you will have no problem making money with the free account.
Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. If you only promote one merchant’s products, you are stuck with their commissions, their landing pages, and ultimately, their conversion rates. It is important to work with many different merchants in your niche and promote a wide range of products. This affiliate marketing strategy will diversify the amount of commissions you make and create a steadier revenue stream for your website.
Scott~ I am interested in WA and seeing if I can “make it work”. Definitely willing to give it my all. But, I am looking to sign under someone who is definitely 100% available for support. In other words, not just leaving the support to what we get under WA, and not saying you’re there for support but that being just a sales pitch. I have found by experience that sometimes the individual you sign up under is very slow in responding or doesn’t check in periodically to see how you are doing or if you have any questions. They wait until they are contacted. I have signed up for a totally different on-line business venture, but the individual I signed under has NEVER contacted me. My only support comes from within the company itself. Definitely was just a sales pitch!
My main gripe with OMG Machines, from an affiliate perspective, is that their affiliate training is limited at best. They definitely are great at teaching black hat SEO, but I found myself searching the internet for more information on affiliate marketing since the course doesn't cover much else. Wealthy Affiliate definitely covers the topic of affiliate marketing way better and is much more affordable. OMG Machines does not offer a money-back guarantee either. They say you need to commit and not have one foot out the door, so no refunds are allowed.
I've been a member of Wealthy Affiliate since 2014. At first, I decided to join Wealthy Affiliate as a free member and eventually upgraded to their premium training. I had a good reason why I wanted to build passive income through affiliate marketing, which I'll tell you about a little further down the page. But first, I need to tell you what my review will cover and introduce myself.
